As the visionary behind BLOOM Solutions, I have dedicated my career to inspiring others to embrace healthy lifestyles and outdoor adventures. With 23 years of experience as a biologist, environmental educator, and a civil service leader, I have seen firsthand how nature and science intersect to promote wellness, curiosity, and a deep connection to the world around us. Through BLOOM Solutions, I aim to empower individuals to explore the outdoors, cultivate sustainable habits, and discover how Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) careers can lead to a life of adventure and purpose.

With experience across federal agencies and a strong commitment to creating meaningful career opportunities, I help organizations build effective teams and foster professional growth.

My experience as a Workforce Development Coordinator has involved implementing targeted recruitment initiatives, guiding applicants through federal hiring processes, and mentoring employees in structured career development programs. My leadership in workforce planning and talent acquisition ensures organizations attract and retain top professionals in their fields.
With a background as a Wildlife Biologist and Environmental Educator, I have contributed to conservation efforts while supporting education and outreach initiatives. My extensive experience in career development allows me to create strategic hiring solutions and mentorship programs that empower professionals to succeed.

I hold a Master of Science in Human Dimensions of Wildlife Management from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries Management (minor in Biological Sciences) from Texas Tech University. To expand my expertise, I have also pursued advanced training in Change Management through eCornell University, further strengthening my ability to lead organizations through transitions and growth.
